Students should notify their teacher and submit any last minute work, check in any books and get a receipt from the Library; and lastly, have a parent come to the office to sign the withdrawal form (unless over 18). Withdrawal grades and student records will be forwarded to the next school of enrollment upon request.

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Current and former students may pick up a transcript in the office Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PM or you can request for transcripts to be sent to a home, work and/or school address. Please note transcripts that are faxed or emailed may be considered unofficial (at the receiving institution's discretion). Should you need an official transcript that is signed and sealed, you will need to provide ID in person when you are picking up, or if it is being mailed please fax a copy of your ID to 916-427-5428 or email it to [email protected].

EDUCATION/GRADUATION VERIFICATION
To verify attendance and/or graduation from Las Flores High School, please provide a release of information signed by the student (electronic accepted). Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
